The Berthoud Local Educational Series kicked off on Saturday, February 10 at the Berthoud Community Library. Instructor and life-long baker, Deborah Rosen lead the class in an informative lecture that included helpful resources and samples of home baked goods. Attendees learned how to easily modify recipes to produce light and airy baked goods at higher elevations. Participants were encouraged to bring in their own recipes to modify.
