Berthoud Local is having another T-Shirt Design Contest! We’re seeking entries for our design competition for our 2022 T-Shirt design. The winning shirt will be for sale at the market. All ages can submit an entry. The winning T-shirt design will be announced on June 18th, 2022; at which time T-shirt sales will open.
Prizes will include:
$25 in market bucks to be used in the 2022 market season,
Berthoud Local 2022 T Shirt featuring the winning design!
Recognition on our website and social media,
The joy of seeing locals wearing your design around town!
Include the text ‘Berthoud Local’ in the design,
Include the year 2022 in the design
Drawings should be black and white or one color that can be printed in black and white,
Original artwork design submissions only,
Artwork should relate to Berthoud Local’s mission and values,
T-shirt fabric can be almost any color so consider that in your design,
The design must be for the front of the T-shirt only. A vertical orientation is preferable.
Stock images or clip art
Submissions are due on or before 11:59 pm MST on May 1, 2022.

All entries must be submitted digitally and be in a high-resolution file format, preferably a jpeg file (Or, alternately, AI or PDF) that’s at least 300 DPI. The image not to exceed 9” wide by 12” tall.
Artists may submit multiple designs, up to three (3) submissions.
Include your full name and contact information in the submission email.
All submissions will be reviewed and the winning design selected by the Berthoud Local board.
The fine print:
By submitting a design, the entrant attests that it is their own original work and that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use all included elements. The entrant bears all responsibility and liability arising from any claim or action related to the design. Berthoud Local disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from the publication, use, or sale of merchandise that includes part or all of the design, or any other claim or action arising from the design. Berthoud Local reserves the right to share any and all submissions through social media platforms and websites. Berthoud Local reserves the right to make adjustments and alterations to the winning design to ensure that the reproduction of the image is of best quality. The winning artist releases to Berthoud Local the exclusive right to the winning design to be used for market promotional material in addition to and including T-shirts, without further compensation. The winner(s) will be rewarded with $25 in market credit to be used in the 2021 market season, a copy of the First Edition (2021) of the Berthoud Local Cookbook and a Berthoud Local 2021 T Shirt featuring the winning design!
No submissions will be returned. Berthoud Local reserves the right to cancel this competition or change its rules at any time.
