About the event
Make your own ricotta from scratch while getting your hands messy and learning why and how milk transforms into cheese. We will also discuss "Cheese Through Time" where we'll talk about how ancient folks discovered cheese and how it became such a big deal in food history. Sample different varieties afterward while chatting about what makes each one special.
