About the event
Our meetings are open to the public, so you don’t need to become a Board Member to attend. All are welcome!
Board Meeting - 3 hour strategy session + Elections
The Board of Directors shall consist of no less than five (5) members and no more than ten (10) members. Election to the Board of Directors shall be by majority vote of the members attending the annual meeting, except in the case of filling vacancies. Each Director shall hold office for a term of two (2) years and thereafter until his/her successor is elected and qualified.
As a Berthoud Local Board Member, your time and talents are put to use in planning, coordinating, and propelling our mission forward. As a Board member, we ask that you commit to:
Attending Quarterly Board meetings from 6-8 PM MST
Attending an Annual Board Meeting - 3 hour strategy session usually in November
