About the event
Many factors influence healthy aging. While some of these, such as genetics, are not within our control, many things are that can help us live longer, more fulfilling lives. Join us in exploring factors and behaviors that can influence how we age as active adults. This class will touch on lifestyle habits - some specific to nutrition and explore the concept of Blue Zones and why these areas are unique.
